Just because it's the internet doesn't mean you don't have to use you manners !!!

Please and thankyou go a long way in my book (maybe it's my age or I was just brought up correctly)


I like to think I am pretty easy going but when people constantly demand of me without manners it is going to get my back up very quickly !!!

I am not a supply and demand artist - I do this for fun mainly so when I get TOLD to alter something I made a few years ago 'because' the chances are I won't !

Rant over.

P.S. Be warned using the excuse I have Aspergers (or Autism they are the same) isn't going to excuse you. I have worked with Autistic people for over 20 years and although they may feel they don't need to use manners they can learn the convention of using them.

So the money making scum are back at it on eBay !!! This guy is using my fanmade Who logo without permission to sell cigarette case, so not only illegal but immoral too as Doctor Who is primarily a Kids TV programme !!!

Please report and get this removed asap

Time to set the record straight !!

For a quite a while now there has been a wallpaper going all round the internet with various people claiming credit for it.

Apparently it is 'really' difficult to trace images online to their source - it took myself an agonising 4 minutes to trace the background art to an artist called Louie Mantia mantia.me/blog/ he even has a Facebook page www.facebook.com/louiemantia and obviously the logo is by myself.

So someone has used artwork from Louie and Myself to create this wallpaper but not giving credit to either of us.

If people ask, I will normally agree to my art being used by others, but I'm increasingly being disheartened by constant stealing.

people need to realise that if my Doctor Who art is used commercially (even by accident) I could be sued by the BBC and BBC Worldwide.

Makes you wonder if it's worth doing at all.

Unfortunately this is not a happy post !! It seems that someone has decided to profit from mine and other artists work! Ebay member 'colony43' thinks it is okay to break 'Creative Commons' as well as the BBC's own copyright.

I know of other artists who have had this done to them in the past and it has stopped them from producing covers.

If you have an Ebay account please file a complaint (and contact the BBC if you wish).

I'm afraid that I'm now reluctant to post any new pieces until this seller has his stock removed from Ebay.
